This software allows us to watch your computer screen while giving you guidance. It does NOT allow us access to your controls unless YOU choose to hand them over - and only for as long as you need. If that is necessary - you will be seeing every point and click - so you won't need to wonder about us poking around in your personal information. Get one-on-one help dealing with your computer issues ... and get it TODAY!

fees

Pricing is billed by the type of help you need. If you require help with windows, computer organization, using email or the internet, we charge $40 per hour. Billing is rounded to half hour segments - so the minimum charge for remote assistance is $20.

If you need help on more complicated graphics software ... Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, DreamWeaver, fees are $60/hour. Again, minimum charge is 1/2 hour.

If you have an account set up with us, we will email you an invoice for prompt payment. Email us if you would like to set up an account.

We also accept easy payment via . Click here to set up an account. If you do not already have a PayPal account and need help with that, we'll look over your shoulder and show you how to use this nifty payment tool right away. Payments from clients without accounts are due at the end of each session. If needed, we can help you manage that transaction after we finish your training.

While I called you about a simple thing for you (proportionally enlarging a piece of art in a Word document) you solved a much more complex problem for me.

Logos had been disappearing from my Word docs as they appeared on my screen, but they were there in the docs that I printed.

At least two respected professionals that I had consulted on this indicated that it was a problem of incompatibility between Word and McIntosh, so I was just living with it, unhappily. I had even taken the Mac Mini to a service company to be checked for viruses, worms, etc. (Nada.)
