fees

Pricing is billed by the type of help you need. If you require help with windows, computer organization, using email or the internet, we charge $40 per hour. Billing is rounded to half hour segments - so the minimum charge for remote assistance is $20.

If you need help on more complicated graphics software ... Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, DreamWeaver, fees are $60/hour. Again, minimum charge is 1/2 hour.

If you have an account set up with us, we will email you an invoice for prompt payment. Email us if you would like to set up an account.

We also accept easy payment via . Click here to set up an account. If you do not already have a PayPal account and need help with that, we'll look over your shoulder and show you how to use this nifty payment tool right away. Payments from clients without accounts are due at the end of each session. If needed, we can help you manage that transaction after we finish your training.
