As you continue to use Windows, you’ll undoubtedly get new programs that you need to install on your computer. Also, as time goes on and disk space becomes more precious, or newer versions of the software come your way, you may need to uninstall programs that you previously added. In addition to using Add or Remove Programs to install and uninstall application programs, you will use it to add and remove various Windows components. We'll show you the way to do it correctly and safely.

Pricing is billed by the type of help you need. If you require help with windows, computer organization, using email or the internet, we charge $40 per hour. Billing is rounded to half hour segments - so the minimum charge for remote assistance is $20.

If you need help on more complicated graphics software ... Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, DreamWeaver, fees are $60/hour. Again, minimum charge is 1/2 hour.

If you do not already have a PayPal account and need help with that, we'll look over your shoulder and show you how to use this nifty payment tool right away. Payments from clients without accounts are due at the end of each session. If needed, we can help you manage that transaction after we finish your training.
