You watch - you learn - you think you've got it down pat. Then you go to do it the next time and draw a total blank! Don't spend the money again asking the same questions for the same problems! If you have a microphone attached to your computer (freestanding or on a webcam) we have the ability to record our training sessions. You can keep a record of what you just learned! It's totally optional - no pushing for that. It's merely a convenience for you. We can mail you a CD - or send you a link to download the recorded video. Links will remain active for 30 days. Cost is $10 per half hour for download, $15 for CD sent through US Mail.

Pricing is billed by the type of help you need. If you require help with windows, computer organization, using email or the internet, we charge $40 per hour. Billing is rounded to half hour segments - so the minimum charge for remote assistance is $20.

If you need help on more complicated graphics software ... Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, DreamWeaver, fees are $60/hour. Again, minimum charge is 1/2 hour.

If you have an account set up with us, we will email you an invoice for prompt payment. Email us if you would like to set up an account.

If you do not already have a PayPal account and need help with that, we'll look over your shoulder and show you how to use this nifty payment tool right away. Payments from clients without accounts are due at the end of each session. If needed, we can help you manage that transaction after we finish your training.
